Sorry; I should have mentioned this when I sent the board, but I believe
your assembled keyboard was one of the last ones built before the change
to the TMK firmware. So it does not use SWAPCOLUMNS=yes on the old
atreus-firmware codebase but it would use OPT_DEFS=-DPCBDOWN if you want
to load the TMK firmware in instead, which is recommended if you have
customizations you want to make.
