I have a handwired Teensy 2 Atreus.
I tried to build/flash keymap_jeremy.c from TMK Atreus fork from
https://github.com/technomancy/tmk_keyboard, atreus branch.
I tried the readme way:
OPT_DEFS=-DTEENSY make teensy KEYMAP=jeremy
and get atreus.hex uploaded to the keyboard, but any keys right of YHN
column don't work. As a matter of fact, flashing any keymap from the
/keyboard/atreus dir results in the same (mis)behaviour. Keys to the left
of YHN column work and produce the same keycodes for any keymap flashed.
I successfully flashed QMK from
with these commands:
`make jeremy TEENSY2=yes`
`teensy_loader_cli -w -mmcu=atmega32u4 atreus_jeremy.hex`
When I omit `TEENSY2=yes` in QMK build, I get exactly the misbehaviour I
see when I build the TMK build above.
I asked Jeremy's help and as I get the same problem using any keymap, I
thought I also ask here.

Does TMK/QMK builds still have the bug which keeps the modifies (GUI,
Ctrl etc) stuck when releasing the function key first, and modifier
No; that problem is not present in TMK or QMK since it tracks key
presses and releases as distinct events.
Hope that helps.
