Actually the microcontroller is the same between the EZ and the
Atreus. They are mounted on different dev boards, but the chip is still
the exact same atmega32u4.
The ARM chip on the Infinity is more problematic, but I have heard that
it's possible to run TMK on it. It would probably be a different fork of
the codebase, but I bet you could still share keymap.c files between the
