OK, here's some suggestions for all who can make it, so that I don't have= the burden of a decision on my shoulders: Someplace Else (can be a bit smoky and noisy, as it's really a bar) Jo Jos (relatively quiet - at least, no live bands - from what I remember)= =20 Pancake Manor=20 One of the open places on the mall - there's Pig & Whistle down at the=20 Edward St end, something in the middle ... a noodle-ish place, and I think= the place up near the Casino is called Morton's? Haven't been to Chill bar in MacArthur's chambers, more of a bar .. but=20 could be an option There's also Parrots that we went to with Geoff one time ... that's just=20 opposite the Myer Centre on Elizabeth St. That's all I can think of that's closeish to the train station (and=20 Mincom) etc. The place downstairs here won't be open - they're only open=20 late on Friday and they always have live music then. After the last time I= went to the Backpackers bar across the road, I wouldn't exactly recommend= it ...=20 Anyone want to make a decision? Or at least put forward a strong=20 preference?
