Hi All,
I would take a look at the law, I would hope it means: that all
wheelchairs in vehicles to be secured using "AT LEAST A" 4 point
restraints. If it says something more limiting they need to be educated.

Is the following true? Does anyone know anything about this? - Thanks,
John.

Hello All.

I just spoke with a client who lives in Virginia. She just purchased a
van
for her son, and is in the process of changing the EZ lock system to a 4
point restraint. She said that Virginia has passed a law that will go
into
effect Jan. 2011, that requires all chairs in vehicles to be secured
using
4 point restraints. Even if someone has an EZ lock system, they still
need
to have a 4 point restraint to secure the chair.
