 Dear IDETC/CIE 2015 Author,

We've reviewed our records and noticed that your abstract has been
submitted for presentation and publication, but that you have not yet
submitted a draft paper for review. Your draft paper must be received by
today, *5:00 P.M*. *Eastern Standard Time on Monday* *January 26, 2015* in
order to be considered for publication. This is a firm deadline, and it
will not be extended.

****IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE COPYRIGHT FORM*** When you submit your
draft paper please make sure that the author list on the paper is EXACTLY
the same as it is in the website. You WILL NOT be able to update your
author list if your draft paper is accepted.*

If you feel you received this email in error, it may be that you have
submitted a duplicate abstract. Please log in to your author account and
check your paper status, and/or withdraw the duplicate submission.

We want to support you in this effort so we have attached the instructions
for submitting a draft and withdrawing a duplicate submission. If you need
any assistance, you may contact  toolboxhelp@xxxxxxxx . Please refer to
your paper number for easy tracking.

*Submitting a Draft Paper*
1. Log into to your author account at
http://www.asmeconferences.org/IDETC2015

2. Click on "Submit Draft Paper" next to your paper number.
3. Read the instructions on the next page and continue to submit your draft
paper. Papers must be submitted in PDF format.
4. Review your paper type, number and title, and complete the "Presenting
Author Biography" section.
5. Upload your paper.
6. Click "Submit Draft Paper."

This will automatically upload your paper. You will receive a confirmation
of success and be returned to the paper status page, where you will see the
change noted.

*Withdrawing a Duplicate Submission*
1. Log into to your author account at
http://www.asmeconferences.org/IDETC2015
<http://lyris.asmestaff.org/t/223782/4830998/25105/0/>
2. Click on "Withdraw" next to your paper number.
3. Enter a reason for withdrawal.
4. Click "Withdraw" to complete the process.

This will automatically withdraw your paper from the conference. You will
receive a confirmation of success and be returned to the paper status page,
where you will see the change noted.
