*CIE Graduate Student Poster Competition*
ASME-CIE is hosting the Graduate Research Poster Competition in 2018. This
competition is an opportunity for graduate students in the preliminary
phase of their research programs (within 1 year of starting an MS or within
2 years of starting a PhD) to present their ongoing work and preliminary
results to the CIE research community. There are twelve travel stipends of
$750 each to be awarded to the winning posters. The two-step submission
process, templates, deadlines, organizer’s contact information, and all

*DTM Technical Presentation Track:*
This year DTM is offering a Technical Presentation track, "DTM-14 New and
emerging trends in design theory," with a deadline for submission of
Thursday April 6th. This track is an opportunity for researchers to present
new work of general interest to the DTM community.
A Technical Presentation is an Extended Abstract of two pages and should be
submitted through the IDETC 2018 website. The Extended Abstract will not
