Hi vinod,
Please try and reduce your shared_pool_size by 100MB and bounce the DB and
try.
BTW , since when you started getting this problem?
Best regards

PVN

This is a production server. Can't bounce the db.

F.Y.I

Total System Global Area 1415279884 bytes
Fixed Size 70924 bytes
Variable Size 1117241344 bytes
Database Buffers 245530624 bytes
Redo Buffers 52436992 bytes

Do I need to change any parameter. If that's the case then I can change
and keep it ready.

Ganesh,
I couldn't make out any thing from the O/p I had send you. If you could
explain and tell me what needs to be done.
When I go to task manager, the graph showing the memory area does not
have any significant growth or there in no movement in that graph at
all. FYI this box has 4GB ram.
Do you require any oracle parameter to be changed.
