As Narayanan said, I think that is the first approach I will do.

can u check it and see. Cause the RAM U have is good enough for Database.
(Assuming it is not in TBs).

Just reduce yr SGA and check it. Else as u said, the Graph bar saws
normal utilisation behaviour, so no higher utilisation problems.

and as u said it is OS Memory related problem, give more memory to OS
to utilise and try.
