In Minden I could hear the tows starting before 9 am so they got a BIG

At the dentist office my window faced straight North so could see the
rotor clouds lined up over Washoe Valley. Grrrr !!!
James Lee mentioned on his flight that SKySight was scary accurate pre
loaded on his phone showing where to fly in the wave. I assume he meant
computer. This might be worth trying as Naviter now has this feature on the
Oudie. Especially if its a blue wave day.
Thermal flying is pretty dismal for the rest of this week this and the
next wave day is Sunday ! Also work day of course. Drats !

me 2 hours as I launched after 13:15 instead of the planned 11:30 (aka
the earliest Gene could show up to tow). Gene and I were not far from
calling the day a loss, but it started to clear just in time and thank
goodness I held out hope and waited. Brian, today was totally worth
ditching and pissing off your dentist or even having your teeth rot out,
it was that good. If it weren't for the morning showers delaying my
launch, I could have broke 1000km without trying.
