[Excel is easier and far more useful and less pretentious than Word][PERIOD]
Just spoke to Anish. We agreed to break up the Physics topics as
Anish, Aamod, Deepak, Hani and team: Sound and Light
Bhas, Rudrashis and team: Magnets and Machines
1.5 slots are good for any given topic. After the break the topic may
be changed for a given team.
So, as I see it now:
Each Subject Team meets each teacher group for two 1.5 h sessions per topic.
Each Subject Team therefore meets each group 4 times (twice for each topic).

It will be easy to prepare section-wise time-tables, just wanted an
overview to see if all resource groups are meeting with all sections.

require that for timetable to be displayed on Notice Board.
Manish Jain has just confirmed that Gaurav and Neeraj would be coming for
Arvind Gupta Toys session. Have promised them 6:30 to 8 pm sessions on
and 27th evening, three hours in all. They will be working with all the
Will check out with Anu by the night.

Just a rough sketch to show what the four resource groups will be doing
It will be easy to tweak this to show the other sessions too once I know
1. how many sessions P1 and P2 need to cover the topics they have
2. who are the other resource persons and sessions we are thinking of.
As to 2. - Suggestions include doing something on child development
because we have Tultul coming in at the beginning and Rajesh is going to
try and get Anu to come towards the end of the training
