The points made by Madhav are very pertinent, and with inclusion of
those the form looks fine to me.
Photos will certainly be useful, provided they are taken with
permission from the teachers.

1. सवालों की कैटेगरी की नंबरिंग होनी चाहिए। (जैसे 1. लाइब्रेरी, 2 साइंस
लैब......)
2. शिक्षको की जानकारी वाले सवाल में
Number of Science Teacher (Sanctioned post) लिखना चाहिए। फिर अगला सवाल
खाली पोस्ट का हो सकता है।
3. लाइब्रेरी में
Books Appropriate for age
इसका क्या मतलब है, हमारे ओर से कोई पैरा मीटर निर्धारित हैं क्या।
इसी पाइंट में जोड़ना चाहिए - लाइब्रेरी में साइंस की कितनी किताबें हैं।
मराठी, हिन्दी या इंग्लिश में कितनी।
4. क्लासरुम
इसमें पूरा टाइम टेबल चाहिए या हर हफ्ते साइंस के कितने पीरियड होते हैं यह
जानकारी पर्याप्त है।
इसी पाइंट में कहीं जोड़ लेना चाहिए कि टीचर और स्टुडेंट किट कहां रखा गया
है। एक्सेस कैसी है बच्चों के लिए।
5. वेंटीलेशन और लाइट कैसी है कहने के लिए क्या कोई ग्रेडिंग है जैसे
1-2-3-4-5 जैसे अंक दे सकें।
6. होस्टल की जानकारी, इसमें शामिल नहीं करनी चाहिए।
7. साइंस टीचर्स की जानकारी में
- स्कूल में कितने विज्ञान मेले होते हैं या स्कूल पीओ स्तर के या एटीसी
स्तर
के विज्ञान मेले, साइंस ओलंपियाड में हिस्सा लेता है क्या।
- साइंस टीचर्स की कैपिसिटी बिल्डिंग के लिए क्या प्रयास होते हैं, कितने
ट्रेनिंग, वर्कशॉप। साल में कितने दिन।
8. एसएमसी ठीक है। (कैश कमिटी नहीं है स्कूलों में)
9. जो भी लोग इन फार्म को साथ लेकर स्कूल जाने वाले हैं उनके लिए एक दिन की
ओरिएंटेशन मिटिंग और एक-दो पेज का नोट अभी से बना लीजिए।
हम स्कूलों से जानकारी इंग्लिश में लेने वाले हैं या मराठी में।
फिलहाल इतना ही।
