Yes, that has been sorted out. Manish clarified that Gaurav must have mentioned
because of the proposals they submit to KVS and other organisations. - Rajesh

Dear Anish,
- Manish and Gaurav have assured that they are used to conducting sessions
with even 200-300 teacher together.
- All of you who visited Prabodhini have mentioned large hall that can
accommodate all the participants. (Suggestion is that the fifth session should
not be manadatory).
- As far as I understand, they do 'harmless (!)' experiments, so won't be
damaging anything.
Manish mentioned that Gaurav/Neeraj will carry small packets of materials for
150 teachers that they will use for all the activities they plan to undertake
over two sessions of 1.5 hours each.
Your mail also reminded that we will need to think of ways to ensure Prabodhini
furniture is not affected (as you had suggested, using newspapers etc).
Rajesh
PS - Usually Arvind Gupta style and focus is very different from what/how we
conduct workshops/trainings. But, it is good to provide this kind of exposure
to teachers as well - that is why we thought of this input, without disturbing
the main focus. They are clear about the difference in approach, and so are we.

Dear Rajesh,
Regarding the Arvind Gupta toys session-
Gaurav and Neeraj would be coming for Arvind Gupta Toys session. Have promised
them 6:30 to 8 pm sessions on 26th and 27th evening, three hours in all. They
will be working with all the 150 teachers together.
I was trying to understand how they will work will all teachers at once. We
don't know if there is hall that can accommodate 150 people and if the
Prabodhini people will be okay with teachers doing experiments in a auditorium
type of a space. Can we all think if this is feasible?
Best, Anish
