If you attended the chapter meeting - please complete the
EVALUATION FORM at:

Everyone that completes the survey will be entered into a draw for a bottle of wine to be given away at the next meeting
(you can remain anonymous if you choose to not enter the draw).

Survey results will be totaled, averaged and forworded to ASHRAE Society to ensure that the London Canada Chapter is able to request future Distinguished Lecturers.
