EPA’s National Center for Computational Toxicology is located in Research
Triangle Park, NC. The NCCT provides scientific leadership, understanding and
tools related to the application of mathematical, computational, and
statistical approaches to mine, model, and integrate data derived from new
technologies in chemistry, biotechnology, and molecular biology. Part of NCCT’s
mission is to enable regulatory and non-regulatory Agency programs to integrate
data from the new technologies together with computational, mathematical, and
statistical models for making efficient and economical chemical safety
