EPA’s Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention, Office of Science
Coordination and Policy, Exposure Assessment Coordination and Policy Division,
is advertising for an open position for a biologist/toxicologist. Applications
are due JULY 21, 2015.
Duties include:
-Serve as technical authority for advising other scientists and division staff
on work assignments for testing and validation of endocrine disrupting
chemicals in wildlife species that utilize birds and/or amphibians.
-Serve as a scientific and technical program specialist on chemicals and toxic
substances to provide biological science expertise in support of the Division.
-Conduct special studies on complex, scientific and policy problems for
higher-level policymakers such as the Division Director, Office Director, or
Assistant Administrator.
-Attend meetings, conferences, seminars, etc., for the purpose of representing
the Agency and supervisor's areas of interest.
