As you know, we annually elect new members to the Board of Directors. This
year, we have one open seat, and conducted an in-person election during the
annual meeting. Members who attended the meeting will not receive an electronic
ballot as you voted with a paper ballot.
I have just sent an electronic ballot to those of you who were not at the
meeting, from Survey Monkey.
If you were not at the meeting, you should have received a ballot just now.
Please let me know if you did not. And, if you were at the meeting, but did not
vote, please let me know, and I’ll send you a ballot.
The deadline for responses is Friday October 21st, 2016.
