[artworks] "folding" a design

there must be a simple and accurate way to take a panorama-shaped
design (an A4 cut in half along the long axis) and make it look like a
folded card standing on a table.
i've tried the Skew, Envelope and Perspectivize (apparently aka Mould)
tools but either they don't do what i want or i don't understand them.
(is there a helpfile anywhere for the latter two? only Skew is
explained in the 2009 manual, "AW2Man39".)

what i'm trying to get is something shaped like a shallow V, with half
of the card along each sloping arm.
a hint&tip for the magazine?
