Apparently not. RISC OS 6.14 has the most advanced JPEG rendering, so if that does not render it, no other version will. DPlngScan, PDF and RiScript do not use the RISC OS JPEG rendering facilities and use ported standard JPEG rendering code instead. The same goes for JPEGs in PDF files imported into ArtWorks if you switch off the option "Keep JPEG compressed images as JPEGs".
