Here's my list.

1. New View
The 'New View' from the iconbar menu to obey the Alt key to open the view
with wysiwyg set to zero.

2.PathTool:
from the !ReadMe

I feel that while the Shift is being held bezier handles should still be
movable. Using Shift is great to only allow selecting of the node point,
but you have to release the Shift to edit the curve. On many occasions
trying to select and edit a curve can result in a new node point being
added to the line when trying to move the bezier handle.

3. Sprite and JPEG dialogue windows:
allow the DPI to be writable, so scaling can be perform by supplying the
required DPI.

4. Unused Sprites
Include a 'Quiet' button on the unused Sprite warning, when saving
(similar to the missing font warning). Sometimes, I want to keep the
unused sprites within the document but don't want to have to keep
clicking the error window for each sprite.

5. Object Stacking
As well as moving an object forwards or backwards through the stack (or
to the extreme front or back) allow a move to place an object either in
front of the (top most) selected object or behind the (back most)
selected object.

I'm not sure if that is a sufficient description of what I'd like to
see, but if you imagine a stack of objects labelled A to E, with the
selected objects in parentheses. The column on the left represents the
original stack order and the column on the right is the result of the
move.

Move ahead of front-most object
            (D)
    (A) (A)
     B B
     C C
    (D) E
     E

... 'D' has been moved ahead of 'A'

Move behind back-most object
    (A)
     B B
     C C
    (D) (D)
     E (A)
             E

... 'A' has been moved behind 'D'
