That is for you to work out. But if someone who did subscribe to a cause you did not like and then used your program on your machine, that might just be a different matter. I is almost as bad as when callous snipping in a post makes you say something that is the opposite to your views. But the normal defence is that 'it wasn't me guv, honest'.
