[artworks] Splended new release

Thank you so much to Martin for producing another excellent release of
ArtWorks. The new page facility will be useful to create graphic
sequences and keep a group of images together. Help text can be placed
on a separate page keeping the actual final graphic(s) "clean".
I also like the ability to re-order colours on the colour bar.
