Hi!
I've always wanted a floating ruler for ArtWorks, so decided that it
was about time that I made one! If you'd like to see if my efforts
measure up, then point your web browser at:

When an Artworks document has input focus, the new ruler should
appear just above the horizontal scrollbar. You can drag the ruler
around by using the title bar (on the left-hand side) or clicking and
dragging anywhere on the ruler.
I've designed at a screen resolution of 1024x768 (the only resolution
that I've got access to at the moment). At that resolution, it should
match the measurements of the ArtWorks ruler when the document
is at a magnification of 150%. It seems to be 'accurate' at that resolution
and magnification, i.e. a 3cm line as measured against the ruler prints
out at 3cm.
I'd appreciate feedback on this. For instance, does it work (= match
the ArtWorks ruler) at other screen resolutions? Is it useful to anyone
who isn't me?
