[artworks] Ellipse sections

I've been experimenting with curved sections created from two offset
ellipses. Mainly of interest to illustrators I've placed them on my
website.

The example shows a border created from one of these sections with a
graduated fill applied, cloned and X-flipped to form a mirror image,
cloned again and Y-flipped to form another mirror image, copied and
finally blending applied.
