In the top of page, there is a green 'Download Now' button.
I dont know if that works, coz its blocked by college.
Just below that, there is a link 'Direct Download Link' which works.
Try that and let me know.

Hello sir!
The website shows that it has chosen not to provide a direct-download link
for this product and offers this page for informational purposes only...
I tried downloading from other websites but it's not working somehow...

It works in Windows 7, I assume it will in Windows 8/10 too.
Goto above link and find the one suitable for your Windows.
Install it in your laptop and let me know if there are any issues.
TurboC++ is an 'ancient' C/C++ IDE, from the days of DOS.
There are many more recent ones with better interface for Windows.
BUT, I still prefer to start programming with this one because
- You can do everything with the keyboard alone. Even though there is
mouse support,
you will never need it. Mouse slows down programming.
- The full screen mode will take you to a different world where you
will not be distracted
by any Windowsy things. And, the font will be big enough so your eyes
are not strained.
- You can set up the colors for dark theme, ie, white text on black
background.
When there is little text that you will be staring at for a
long time, dark themes are better.
