Wait... then, is there a concentration where peroxide is dimensionally
neutral as it freezes?
Well, kind of. By the paper, at 40ish percent the density goes up and
then down again during freezing, but the changes are small and the net
result is nearly zero. (What happens on melting is less clear, partly
because this is right in the range where the stuff fizzes vigorously
during melting, as the remaining crystals somehow catalyze peroxide
decomposition.)
