People have pointed you to video of Robert Compton's tests,
Those videos were about clouds of steam of HTP and kero hitting a
(relatively speaking huge) burning segment of zinc & sulphur propellant in
the chamber. After the segment stopped burning and the smoke went away no
exhaust with shock diamonds for instance was ever video'd by Compton. That
way you could combust shoes too and applause.
Our (VRO) Jan Volckaert did email his videos with transparent exhaust and
shock diamonds several years before the L5 amateur team work... And he sent
his report to AR. Alas he also used the impractical Zn-S or candy segment
igniter torch in the chamber. The Nazis soon gave up on that solid motor
direct ignition approach.

simply refuse to believe it.
Not simply, but because we could not verify Clark's statement by experiment.
The refreshing suggestion made during this recent discussion in my opinion
was to video direct HTP-kero ignition and combustion by using a H2&GOX
igniter torch in the chamber or preferably in a pre-chamber. (Like has been
tested successfully with the N2O and ethane biprop for instance several
years ago over here). Thereby no solid segment smokescreen can form hiding
the exhaust stream luminosity and eventual shock waves from observation.
Another question 'd be if H2O2 can be continuously thermally decomposed that
way and how long into the burn the igniter has to remain firing for such.
Also in biprop mode.
