[ARMini-support] HDMI audio

Just thought folks would like to know that I'm listening to "BigBuckBunny"
video with sound all down one HDMI cable on ARMX6 right now.

There's still a way to go to support a full range of HDMI devices and
proper user-interface etc, but it's looking (or listening) very promising.
Hoping for a release by Christmas, although it may be touch and go.

The next ROM will also support SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) for our
commercial customers (and anyone who wishes to play around with it). Note
that this is different to the serial port which was added over the summer.

The groundwork for SPI and HDMI audio is also already back in the ROOL
source tree, too.

Congrats to Jeffrey and John for work so far.

Kind wishes,

Andrew

PS, there are two interesting facts about HDMI audio and why it is
significant. Firstly, this is the first time RISC OS has supported more
than one audio path "system-wide" (ie. without being a 3rd party API or
pass-thru). You can switch between analogue and HDMI audio as needed.
This work paves the way for other audio paths as well, of course.

Secondly, HDMI audio is digital, bypassing any on-board (potentially lower
quality) DACs. This means that we can feed out uncompressed digital audio
to amplifiers/receivers for hifi quality audio from any application.
