THE ARMini ships with the latest toolbox modules that come with RISC 
OS5.

ROL, of course, have done work on the toolbox themselves.

There is nothing to stop you using the ROL toolbox modules as they are 
freely downloadable from their website.

If the source to the ROL modules was released then this would go away.

Interestingly I am not using the ROL modules on this ARMini without 
any issues.

The applications you alluded to should be listed as needing the ROL 
toolbox modules on the ROOL compatibility wiki page please.
