Sorry about a delay in replying.

I have "burnt" a copy of the SDImage for Beagleboard and it has put 
the following files on the card.

Boot/scr
Cmos
Riscos
Uenv/txt

I only got "Writing Image...." and then "Done"

I sometimes do have oddities burning an image using my Iyonix and it 
takes a couple of times to do it so I wonder if this is your issue as 
well.
