Running the HDMIaudOn file does this *and* ReadEDID. A valid method is to
simply double click !Boot, click "Boot" then "Run" and drag in the
HDMIaudOn file to ensure it runs at startup.
Where is the HDMIaudOn file to be found?
In the directory Sound (on my machine anyway).
