[argyllcms] xicclu -g -- different results in 1.0.3 and 1.1.0

Graeme,

I notice that

    xicclu -pl -g -ir -fif x22-ag.icc

gives different result in 1.0.3 and 1.1.0 (see attachments). The old one
(1.0.3) actually looks more reasonable for a matrix/gamma profile.
