[argyllcms] tiffgamut dumps core

I noticed that tiffgamut fails when using RawTherapee RTv4_Rec2020 or
other RTv4_* profiles. RTv2 works.

fedora31 $ tiffgamut -
Create gamut surface of a TIFF or JPEG, Version 2.1.1

fedora31 $ tiffgamut -ir -pj -cmt rec2020.icc _88F5473_rec2020.tif
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
