Yes I'm looking at the default value. I always wondered why you added XYZ
values to the ti1 device values, let alone why "D65 XYZ" (I will abstain
from "refered" -- my bad). But in the light of your response, I understand.
At that stage, D65 or D50 would not make any difference.

I'm not sure what you mean. It's a .ti1 file, so contains device values.
They are in whatever space the device is.
The guide CIE values are used so that the software can create patch spacers,
do strip recognition and show representative colors.
When stored in L*a*b* space, they are encoded D50 relative, in the ICC
convention, and are certainly not D65-referered.
They are not assumed to be accurate, but are assumed to be very approximate.
The relationship between those values and your actual device depend on what
sort of device model you gave targen. If it was a previous profile for the
device, then the values will be reasonably accurate. If you gave it no
model, then a default will be used. You are probably looking at the default
values.
