Sorry...got mentally twisted, there. If you've got RGB values already, they
just get copied unchanged from old to new. You can use xicclu (which lends
itself very nicely to scripting) to re-generate RGB values from XYZ or Lab for
a given profile. And you can use printtarg to turn those RGB values into a TIFF.
