Check the corresponding lcms tool, if I remember correctly, it can combine
multiple tansformations into a single profile.

I want to create a device link profile starting from colour space A
converting into colour space C while simulating colour space B. One
single device link profile shall be the result.

collink allows to add a abstract profile to the conversion. Can a
simulation profile of type abstract be created with argyll tools?

The desired conversion inside the abstract profile would be:
PCS -> simulation space -> PCS
