You are...very, very, very far off the beaten path. I’m all but certain that
there aren’t any publicly available tools to do what you’re trying to do. If
any such tools exist, they’re research projects by, for example, students at
the Rochester Institute of Technology.
You’re pretty much guaranteed to have to write your own code — and you’re going
to have to learn enough color theory to know the logic your code is going to
have to implement.
You’ve got what amounts to a perfect project for a graduate student. It’s by no
means insurmountable, and a fantastic learning opportunity. But go into it with
your eyes open, knowing that you’re definitely leaving the lap pool for the
open ocean (or, at least, the bay on the channel).
