It makes a sort of vcgt curve to match a predefinite gamma curve, doesn't it?
No. It makes per channel curves, but they are not a pre-defined curve, and
don't fit a power law. The curve is such as to make each equal step in devices
space be an equal DE94 step in CIE space.
