Graeme,

I'm going to ask the question but perhaps the answer is already in the
documentation.

When calibrating, while dispcal says it is iterating (1 to 16, 1 to 32, 1 to
64), first, could this information be captured in a text file somewhere?
Seems this information gets overwritten by "About to optimize input curves
and matrix ............................".

Secondly, could additional measurement information be sent to the console
during that process, over the base deltaE and measurement 32 of 64, say? I
would love to see which RGB values are being sent to the display and what
their measured chromaticities are. (Maybe that's an additional verbose
level?)

That way, for pedagogical purposes, I could observe the gradual construction
of the 3D LUT and it would give me, and anyone using the software, a finer
(deeper) technical understanding of what is going on.

This idea, of course, is related to my previous post. But I thought it would
be better to separate them.
