Oyranos is designed to take care of the _ICC_PROFILE atom. E.g.
CinePaint with Oyranos compiled in the application will show a image
colour managed, regardless of whether dispwin or oyranos-monitor has
executed before. The first call in CinePaint to the Oyranos library looks
for a available _ICC_PROFILE atom and if not found sets up the monitor.
As a grain of salt for the moment, registring the profile with
oyranos-monitor is yet a precondition.
