You don't say: What operating system you are using. What graphics card you have.
Whether "dispwin -r" manages to lighten and darken the screen.
Sorry, my mail client had some problems, I accidentally sent a draft which didn't include the information. Here's it again: I'm using argyllcms 1.4.0 on Arch Linux. The graphics card is a NVIDIA NVS 3100M. "dispwin -r" has no effect on the screen.
