[argyllcms] dispread: Error - Input file isn't a CTI1 format file

Hi,
I couldn't find anything in the archives about this issue.
For
dispread -v -yl -kTargetA DisplayA
I get
dispread: Error - Input file isn't a CTI1 format file
So I tried a few things:
With the Notepad, I created an empty DisplayA.ti1 file and, for simplicity,
I placed in the same Argyll_V1.1.1\bin directory.
TargetA.cal was created during dispcal and I checked on its existence in
this very Argyll_V1.1.1\bin directory
