[argyllcms] colprof problem in 1.3.1

Hello @all
while trying to calculate a cmyk output profile with colprof (v. 1.3.1) the
program reported the following error: segmentation fault. Using the
identical parameters in colprof v. 1.3.0 works fine. My command line (Mac
OSX 10.4.11, PowerPC):
colprof -v - -D"epson x990 spp 240 gmg output (Argyll CMS)" -qm -bm -y -kr
-o1931_2 -iD50 -f -r0.5 -s/Library/ColorSync/Profiles/adobe_rgb_1998.icc
-S/Library/ColorSync/Profiles/adobe_rgb_1998.icc -nP -nS -cmt -dpp
-O/Volumes/Daten/argyll_cms/icc_profiles/printer/epson_9900/epson_spp240_gmg_output/ep_x990_spp240_gmg_output.icc
/Volumes/Daten/argyll_cms/icc_profiles/printer/epson_9900/epson_spp240_gmg_output/ep_x990_spp240_gmgOutput
I also attached my measurement file.
