I don't understand how to put the /chart.cie in the first command as it
will be only disponible at step 4 ?!

Hi Sylvain
1. To create the chart.ti3 data file:
scanin -v /chart.tif /chart.cht /chart.cie
2. Build a matrix profile from the chart.ti3:
colprof -v -as /chart
3. Or build a lut profile from the chart.ti3:
colprof -v -ax /chart
If you have a chart, like the i1_RGB_Scan_1.4 chart that Argyll has
reference data for, you can measure this with your own instrument for
better results:
chartread -n /Argyll/ref/i1_RGB_Scan_1.4
Replace the .ti3 suffix with .cie and use in (1.) above.
