OK so the cie file is the same than the ti3 file, it is the

The ouput file isn’t specified, it is generated with the same name
as the TIFF.
So in this case the output is a file called scanner.ti3 in the same
directory as the TIFF.
IT8 measurement data is published by the manufacturer.
Go to their web site and you should find txt files for each batch
of manufactured charts.
