But money on the one hand was a real issue, and on the other hand perfect colour management with minimal Delta E values was not an issue. (Also see my other mail from today.) So we have resolved the issue by using the standard CC24 chart to counter check plausibility, while using the CMP Digital Target 003 chart for profiling. BTW, I also did write my own profiler, which does not nearly meet Argyll's level of quality. But it was rather as a sanity check to prove my approach, and I needed to have full access to all tags within an ICC file anyway (I have modified ICC file's A2B CLUTs on the fly), so it was a side product through which I have gained tremendous insight into what's going on.
