Yes, but it depends. Sometimes it's useful to report them to the list,
as other people like to know about them - it may be something they
can help with, or it may help confirm that they also are seeing
a bug, and it helps me to prioritize fixes if I can get an
idea about how wide an impact a bug has.
But people on the list don't necessarily want to see a lot
of technical detail like debug logs etc., so it's a matter of judgement.
But (of course!) you can mail me directly with bug details if you
would like bugs looked into.
