I've updated the development snapshot source code again, to reflect
the latest fixes created in response to the various bug reports.
In particular the following bugs with the ColorMunki & Spyder 3 are fixed:
* easier to build on MSWindows by removing the need for the DDK,
and now known to compile using VC++ Express 8.0 and 9.0 + SDK.
* A memory allocation bug triggered when measuring a bright
display with the i1pro or Munki is fixed.
* dispcal/dispread black background option now operates after
placing the instrument on the display.
* On OS X the Manufacturers ColorMunki drivers now don't prevent
Argyll using the instrument.
* A too short press of the ColorMunki button for a scan doesn't
result in an unrecoverable error.
* Increased Spyder 3 low light integration time slightly.
This probably isn't enough to solve its low light problems though.
