CUDA support is no problem, and already there in a bunch of programs.

But you absolutely need the x64 version of Windows 7 to use more than 4
Gig of RAM (you wrote about 12 GB).

BTW: At the moment I see no real benefit to invest in a 10 Bit graphic
card, without a proper monitor. And even then the benefits are debatable
in normal (not scientific/medical) use.
