The only sure way is to use an instrument with/without a UV filter.

Argyll's FWA compensation is based on "typical" spectral behavior,
which isn't quite the same thing.

But looking at the behavior below 420nm which is fairly shallow, I would
guess this particular paper has small to no FWA.
